TRC launched the New Year with an excellent presentation by Tappahannock Chief of Police, Jim Ashworth who was the guest of Rotarian Mr. Sonny Terry. Chief Ashworth, who served this region with the Virginia State P...olice since 1975, and upon his retirement became our Chief of Police in 2012, gave an overview of his teams' challenges and significant accomplishments over the past two years.
