DG Jonathan Lucus visits

Our program featured Jonathan Lucus, our Rotary District Governor. Jonathan told us about his personal background and his long involvement with and strong personal commitment to Rotary. During his remarks, Locus noted that as Governor he plans to push for greater diversity and inclusion, a better web page, improved social media presence and better consistency/transparency. He noted that "you can't just sit there...we must evolve, change and improve." He also pointed out that "vision without a plan is just an illusion" and the we must "go out on a limb sometimes....try something....and if it doesn't work, drop it and move on." He also reminded us that among other things Rotary is about community, passion and purpose, and talked about the "magic of Rotary."
