September 17th Meeting Features Federal Reserve Bank Regional Economist Waddell and Board of Directors Member Margaret Lewis

Sonya Ravindranath Waddell, a regional economist in the Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, was guest speaker at the September 17th TRC meeting.  Ms. Waddell gave a rich overview of the Federal Reserve's history, structure, and its mission which includes three core areas:  Monetary Policy, Bank Supervision and Regulation, and Payment Services.  Ms. Waddell was the guest of TRC member, Dr. Richard Lewis, and Margaret Lewis who is a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
