Tappahannock hosts Korean GSE team and local clubs

Chanseok Park (center) heads up the visiting Korean Rotary District  3710 from Gwangiu, South Korea, and is hosted by Kylie Bransford, Assistant District Governor for the Northern Neck and Bill Reavis,  President of the Tappahannock Club.
