Tappahannock Rotary Club is hosting "MUSIC TO THE HEART," an enchanting evening at the Historic Essex County Courthouse (Old Beale Baptist Church) in Tappahannock on February 25, 2017 at 6:00 PM, featuring local musical talent, wine tasting, assorted cheeses, and fine chocolates.
