Essex County Museum and Historical Society's President, Tommy Blackwell, and its Secretary, Barbara Sethmann, receive a $1,000 Rotary check from Tappahannock Rotary Club members, Louise Velletri, and President Wright Andrews. The presentation was part of the ECMHS membership meeting at St. Paul's Episcopal Church at Millers Tavern in honor of the Museum and Historic Society's preservation and education of local history and to help kick off its Annual Fund Campaign.
